Ingredients:


16 ounces wish-bone italian dressing

16 ounces whole green beans -- drained

14 ounces whole artichoke hearts -- drained and halved

1 can asparagus spears -- drained (15 oz.)

8 1/4 ounces whole beets drained

1 can sliced carrots -- drained (8 oz.)

1 can whole mushrooms -- drained (4 oz.)
 

Preparation / Directions:


Marinate each vegetables in separate bowls as follows: pour 1/2 cup Wish-Bone Italian Dressing over green beans and artichoke hearts; pour 1/4 cup over asparagus, beets, carrots, and mushrooms. Cover and marinate in refrigerator, turning occasionally, 4 hours or overnight. To serve, arrange vegetables on platter.
