All Purpose Pickling Solution

Ingredients:


1 teaspoon Salt Per Quart Of Water

1 Clove Garlic

1 medium Stalk Of Celery, Sliced

1 medium carrot, Sliced

1 medium Hot Chili Pepper

1 piece bay leaf

8 medium Spice Balls

1 pieces Bud Of Dill

1 pound Washed Pickling Cucumbers
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine all ingredients, except cucumbers, in a pan and bring to a boil. Then prick the cucumbers with a fork and add to pickling solution. Put in jars and seal. Let stand for 3 weeks before eating.
