Ingredients:


4 medium parsnips

1/2 cup olive oil

1 piece plastic bag

1 dash salt
 

Preparation / Directions:


slice lengthwise in thin wedges place in bag with oil to cover parsnips and save mess. Empty on cookie sheet sprinkle salt Bake 375 approx 1/2 hour until slightly brown
