A vegetable dish with indian spices and flavoring.
 

Ingredients:

1 medium GREEN BELLPEPPER
1 medium RED BELL PEPPER
1 can BABY CORN
2 medium Zucchini
1 bunch ASPARAGUS
1 medium BROCOLLI
1 can TOMATO SAUCE
1 teaspoon SOUR CREAM
1 dash CUMIN
1 bunch BASIL LEAVES
1 teaspoon DRIED PEPPERS
1 dash GROUND TUMERIC
1 clove GARLIC
1 piece GINGER
1 can GREEN CHILES
1 teaspoon GARAM MASALA
1 teaspoon CHANA MASALA
1 teaspoon SALT

Preparation / Directions:

SAUTE THE CUMIN SEEDS IN OIL UNTIL BROWN. ADD TUMERIC, GARLIC, GINGER, BASIL LEAVES,DRIED CHILES AND ONIONS. WHEN ONIONS ARE COOKED ADD TOMATO SAUCE AND A LITTLE WATER. AMD THE VEGGIES. LET THEM COOK. ADD SOUR CREAM SLOWLY TO THE SAUCE. ADD THE CHILIES, GARAM MASALA, AND CHANA MASALA AND SALT. LET IT SIMMER UNTIL SAUSE HAS THICKENED TO LIKING.
