Preparation:
SAUTE THE CUMIN SEEDS IN OIL UNTIL BROWN. ADD TUMERIC, GARLIC, GINGER, BASIL LEAVES,DRIED CHILES AND ONIONS. WHEN ONIONS ARE COOKED ADD TOMATO SAUCE AND A LITTLE WATER. AMD THE VEGGIES. LET THEM COOK. ADD SOUR CREAM SLOWLY TO THE SAUCE. ADD THE CHILIES, GARAM MASALA, AND CHANA MASALA AND SALT. LET IT SIMMER UNTIL SAUSE HAS THICKENED TO LIKING. |
