Sweet 'n Sour Stir Fry

2 tablespoons oil
1 cup thinly sliced carrots
1 cup snow peas
1 small green bell pepper -- cut into chunks
1 medium tomato -- cut into wedges
1 cup sliced water chestnuts
1/2 cup sliced cucumber -- halved
3/4 cup wish-bone sweet n spicy french dressing
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons soy sauce

Preparation / Directions:

In 10-inch skillet, heat oil over medium heat and cook carrots, snow peas and green pepper, stirring frequently, 5 minutes or until crisp-tender. Add tomato, water chestnuts, cucumber and sweet 'n spicy French dressing blended with brown sugar and soy sauce. Simmer 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Top, if desired, with sesame seeds. Makes about 6 servings. Also terrific with Wish-Bone Russian Dressin
