Pumpkin Dessert

Ingredients:


1 can pumpkin -- 29-oz

1 can evaporated milk -- 12 ounces

1 1/2 cups sugar

2 teaspoons cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

1/2 teaspoon ginger

4 large eggs
 

Preparation / Directions:


Beat altogether with mixer, pour in ungreased 9x13 pan, sprinkle 1 box yellow cake mix over the top--pour 1 cup melted butter or margarine over the top of the dry cake mix. Sprinkle with chopped pecans. Place in preheat 350 oven for 1 hour. Serve with cool whip.
