Pumpkin Desert

Ingredients:


5 large eggs -- Beaten

12 ounces Evaporated Milk

1 can Pumpkin

1 1/2 cup Sugar

3 Teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice

1 package Yellow Cake Mix

1 cup Butter -- Melted

1 cup Chopped Walnuts
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Take beaten eggs and add evaporated milk, canned pumpkin, sugar and pumpkin pie spice. Pour into greased 9x13 inch cake pan. Sprinkle yellow cake mix on top (dry). Sprinkle melted butter on top of cake mix. Sprinkle with walnuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool. Make sure the pumpkin is set.
