Peas And Potatoes In White Sauce

Ingredients:

6 Small red potatoes -- quartered
1 Package frozen green peas
2 Cups white sauce med-sooz
1 Dash salt and pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:

Boil potatoes and drain. Cook peas ( can be fresh or frozen) and drain. Mix peas and potatoes together. Make the white sauce and pour over peas and potatoes. Mix together gently so as not to break up potatoes. Season to taste.
