Hot and Spicy Black Eyed Peas

Ingredients:


2 cans black-eyed peas (16 oz.) -- undrained

1/2 packages sliced pepperoni (3 2/3 oz.) -- diced

1 medium green pepper -- diced

1 medium onion -- diced

1/4 teaspoon hot sauce

2 tablespoons hot taco sauce
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine all ingredients in a Dutch oven over low heat. Cover and simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
