Healthy Chili In Crockpot

1 pound beef stew meat -- trimmed
6 ounces tomato paste
2 medium onion -- chopped
2 medium bell peppers diced
2 cloves garlic -- minced
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon oregano -- crushed

Preparation / Directions:

Trim beef of all visible fat. Cut into 1/2 inch cubes. Place meat in crockpot and stir in tomato paste to completely coat the meat. Add remaining ingredients and stir to blen well. Do not add any additional liquid. Cover and cook for 12 hours on LOW heat. When done you can skin any remaining fat from surface.
