Ingredients:

2 Cans Chick Peas
2 Tablespoons Olive oil
2 Tablespoons garlic Finely minced
12 Sprigs fresh thyme
1 teaspoon salt and Fresh ground pepper to taste
 

Preparation / Directions:

Preheat the oven to 450. Drain the beans and place them in a glass baking dish in a single layer. Drizzle with the oil, toss with your fingers to coat. Sprinkle evenly with the garlic and place the thyme over evenly. Roast for 15 minutes. Season with salt
