Ingredients:


4 medium scallions

1 medium lemon zest

2 medium orange zest

8 ounces undrained canned prunes

16 pieces pineapple

1/2 cup butter

1/2 cup brown sugar

4 ounces worcestershire sauce

4 ounces steak sauce

4 ounces teriyaki sauce

1/2 cup red wine

1 large egg

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon white pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


combine ingredients in a large saucepot, over a medium flame heat and stir for 45 minutes, until reduced and thickened brush onto roasted pork, beef, or lamb and return to oven, until glossy
