Preparation / Directions:Prepare and cook cauliflower as directed for cauliflowerets or whole cauliflower. Heat margarine in 1-1/2-quart saucepan over medium heat until melted. Stir in flour, curry powder, salt and pepper. Cook, stirring constantly, until smooth and bubbly; remove from heat. Stir in milk. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute. Stir in cheese.
Cook and stir over low heat until cheese is melted. Pour over hot cauliflower. Sprinkle with paprika.
