Chops And Garden Veggies

Ingredients:


3 tablespoons olive oil

1 clove garlic -- minced

1 small onion -- diced

2 ears corn -- cut off the ear

3 medium fresh tomatoes -- diced

1 medium sweet bell pepper -- diced
 

Preparation / Directions:


Suate onion and garlic until onion is soft. Add all other ingredients and cook on medium heat for 5 to 10 minutes. Serve immediately. If you want to serve veggies with pork chops or other meat, simply cook the meat to your taste until is is done safely.
