Cauliflower Casserole

2 packages cauliflower frozen
1 cup nonfat sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup cheddar cheese -- lowfat, shredded
1 cup onion -- diced
2 1/2 ounces croutons
1 spray butter-flavored cooking spray

Preparation / Directions:

1. Cook and Drain Cauliflower. Place in a 3 qt. casserole dish that has been sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray. 2. In large bowl combine sour cream and cream of chicken soup, mixing well. add cheese, onions and cauliflower, mixing well. Pour into casserole dish. 3. Spray croutons with butter-flavored spray. Top casserole with croutons. Bake at 350 degrees; covered for 20 to 30 minutes or until crouton are browned and casserole is bubbly.
