1 package frozen spinach -- cooked according to package directions
8 ounces clam juice
8 ounces minced clams
8 ounces chicken stock
1 1/2 cups half and half
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon worchestershire sauce
1 package Sour cream

Preparation / Directions:

Puree spinach, clam juice, clams and chicken stock in blender. Transfer to saucepan. Add half and half, lemon juice and worchestershire. Season with salt and pepper. Heat to desired temperature and serve with a dollop of sour cream. 4 Servings. Can be used to accompany a spaghetti carbonara. From:
