1 Pound brussels sprouts*
2 tablespoons Coarse-grained mustard
2 tablespoons Nut-flavored oil or -- Vegetable oil
1 medium Green onion (with top) -- thin
1 Clove Garlic -- finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon Salt

Preparation / Directions:

*substitute: 2 pk (10 ounces each) frozen Brussels sprouts, cooked an Drained. Brussels Sprouts with Mustard Vinaigrette. Prepare and cook Brussels sprouts as directed. Shake remaining ingredients in tightly covered container. Toss with Brussels sprouts.
