Herb-Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients:


1/3 cup Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 clove garlic -- minced

1/2 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning

6 medium red-skinned potatoes -- cut into chunks
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix all ingredients except potatoes in small bowl. Place potatoes in greased 13x9x2-inch baking pan; toss with mustard mixture. Bake at 425F degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender, stirring occasionally.
