Preparation / Directions:In small skillet, cook bacon, saving drippings. In slow-cooking pot, combine sauerkraut, cabbage, onion, butter, sugar, salt, and pepper. Pour cooked bacon and drippings over all. Cover and cook on low for 3 to 5 hours.
