Favorite Vegetable Crockpot

8 medium potatoes
1 medium Onion -- chopped
4 medium carrots -- peeled and sliced
2 stalks celery -- sliced
4 pieces chicken bouillon cubes
1 tablespoon parsley flakes
5 cups water
1/3 cup butter or margarine
1 slices ham - cubed to taste
13 ounces can evaporated milk

Preparation / Directions:

*Peel and cut potastoes into bite-sized pieces. Put all ingredients except evaporated milk in crock pot. Cover and cook 10 to 12 hours. Stir in evaporated milk during last hour. Add flour to thicken, if desired. This is made in the crock-pot-very easy and yummy! Mellisa Kallenbach
