Ingredients:


3 pieces turkey legs and wings -- jointed

1 tablespoon pepper vinegar

1 tablespoon prepared mustard

1 tablespoon celery sauce

1 tablespoon acid fruit jelly

1 teaspoon salt and pepper -- to taste

1 package pounded crackers
 

Preparation / Directions:


"Place the legs and wings (jointed) on a gridiron. Broil slowly. Have ready a sauce made of - 1 tablespoon pepper vinegar, 1 tablespoon made mustard, 1 tablespoon celery sauce, 1 tablespoon acid fruit jelly. A little salt and pepper. Lay the broiled turkey on a hot dish. Pour the dressing and sift pounded cracker over it"
