Ingredients:


1 small turkey breast -- about 4-6 lbs

1 medium Onion -- sliced

1 medium bell pepper -- sliced

1 can tomato soup -- or tomato sauce

1 clove garlic -- crushed

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1/2 teaspoon oregano

1/4 teaspoon thyme

1/2 cup -water

1/2 cup white wine -- (optional)
 

Preparation / Directions:


Place the breast in the crockpot and cover with onion and pepper slices. Mix the remaining ingredients and pour over the turkey. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours. Serve with steamed noodles or spaghetti or rice.
