Exotic Tuna Salad Pocket Sandwich

1 can water packed tuna -- 6 1/2 oz, drained
3 bunches green onions -- minced
2 teaspoons fresh cilantro or parsley -- minced
1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger -- grated
2 tablespoons sour cream
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon soy sauce
4 large pocket bread halves
1 package alfalfa sprouts

Preparation / Directions:

In bowl, mix together tuna, green onions, cilantro, and ginger. Stir in sour cream, lemon juice and soy sauce, and mix well. Fil bottom of pocket bread halves with alfalfa sprouts. Top with 1/4 of the filling and garnish with sprouts.
