Cream Cheese Chocolate Truffles

Ingredients:


8 ounces Cream cheese -- softened

3 cups Confectioners sugar

12 ounces Semisweet chocolate -- melted

1 tablespoon Coffee-flavored liqueur

1 tablespoon Orange-flavored liqueur

1 tablespoon Almond-flavored liqueur

1 tablespoon Ground nuts

1 tablespoon Confectioners sugar -- sift

1 tablespoon Cocoa
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Beat cream cheese in large mixing bowl at medium speed with electric mixer until smooth. 2. Gradually add 3 cups confectioner's sugar; mix well. 3. Stir in chocolate. Divide chocolate mixutre into thirds. 4. Add different flavored liqueurs to each third; mix well. 5. Refrigerate several hours. Shape mixutre into 1-inch balls; roll in nuts, confectioner's sugar or cocoa. Refrigerate. Makes about 5 do
