Beef Stew Quick and Easy

Ingredients:


1 pound beef stew meat

2 large potatoes -- quartered

1 large onion -- quartered

2 medium carrots -- sliced

1 cup frozen peas

2 medium celery -- sliced

2 cups bouillon (made with 2 cups water and -- 2 bouillon cubes)

10 3/4 ounces cream of mushroom soup -- undiluted

10 3/4 ounces cream of celery soup -- undiluted

1 teaspoon salt and pepper -- to taste
 

Preparation / Directions:


Layer all ingredients as listed in crock pot. Cook all day on low.
