Preparation / Directions:Saute onion in butter until tender; stir in flour and 1 1/2 tsp salt. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly; bring to a boil. Add broth, broccoli, and carrots. Cook over low heat about 25 min or until carrots are tender; stir occasionally. Do not boil. Add salt and pepper to taste.
