Easy Vegetable Soup |

Ingredients:
1 can corn |
1 can green beans cut |
3/4 cup celery chopped |
1 cup carrots sliced |
1 medium onion chopped |
1 cup water |
2 medium zucchini (Italian squash), sliced |
2 medium yellow squash sliced |
1 package sliced mushrooms (about 1 1/2 cups) |
16 ounces tomato sauce |
1 can French onion soup |
3 tablespoons chicken boullion |
3 cups water |
2 cups Minute Rice |
1 teaspoon Salt to taste (optional) |
2 bunches green onions chopped for topping (optional) |

Preparation / Directions:
In a large pot, combine first 6 ingredients and bring to a boil. Lower heat and add remaining ingredients. Let simmer to a low boil for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and let sit for about 20 minutes. Top with raw chopped green onions. Serve with warm bread.
