Ham Hock and Bean Soup

Ingredients:


3 or 4 pieces ham hocks

6 pieces chicken bouillon cubes

1 large onion

6 medium carrots sliced

32 ounces lima beans
 

Preparation / Directions:


Put all ingredients in large soup pot. Add enough water to fill 3/4 of pot. Simmer for 3 or 4 hours. Remove meat from bones, and remove onion. Serve with toasted bread.
