Quick and Easy Dumpling Soup

Ingredients:


2 cups chicken broth

1 can Cream of Chicken soup

1 package flour tortillas

1/2 teaspoon Salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


In medium saucepan, bring chicken broth to slow boil. Add cream of chicken soup, stir well. Cut tortillas into strips and add to broth mixture. Simmer on low for 5 to 10 minutes. Take off stove. Add more broth if needed to thin consistency. Salt and pepper to taste.
