Preparation / Directions:Combine green onion and vegetable broth in a 5-quart saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat. Gradually stir in tortellini. Reduce heat to medium high; cook 3 minutes. Stir in pea pods and cook for another 3 minutes. Turn off heat and stir in pesto sauce. Serve hot.
