Ingredients:


2 pounds tomato

1/4 cup onion

---MINCED---

2 teaspoons corn oil

6 cups chicken stock

6 whole clove

1 teaspoon black peppercorns

2 piece bay leaf

2 pieces cinnamon stick
 

Preparation / Directions:


combine tomatoes, onions, and garlic in a food processor process to a smooth puree heat oil in a saucepot, over a medium-low flame add the puree, heat and stir until thickened, without burning place over a moderate flame stir in chicken or pork stock and add sachet bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer until slightly thickened remove and discard sachet serve hot
