Potato Soup

Ingredients:


6 medium potatoes -- peeled and diced

1 medium onion -- chopped

1/2 pound Canadian bacon -- chopped

2 cups milk -- scalded

4 Large hard-boiled eggs

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon black pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Place potatoes and onions in a large soup kettle.

2. Add water just to cover and bring to a boil. Simmer until potatoes are just tender.

3. Add remaining ingredients and season to taste. Heat through and serve at once.
