Preparation / Directions:Combine all of the ingredients except for the cornstarch and water. Simmer for 7 minutes, or until the vegetables are crisp tender. Combine the cornstarch and water in a small bowl. Pour slowly into the soup, mixing well. Cook the soup for a few minutes more until it thickens slightly.
