Broiled Shrimp Supreme

Ingredients:


2 cups vegetable oil

1/4 cup ketchup

2 cloves garlic minced

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon paprika

2 pounds shrimp -- peeled and deveined
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl; stir well. Add shrimp, and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Remove shrimp from marinade; place shrimp in a 15- x 10- x 1-inch baking pan. Pour enough marinade over shrimp to coat but not cover (about 1 cup). Broil or grill 3 minutes; turn shrimp over, and broil 3 minutes or until done. Serve hot.
