Ingredients:


2 pounds bay shrimp

1 cup unsalted butter

1 tablespoon salt

1 teaspoon pepper

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 tablespoon fresh tarragon

1 teaspoon dill

1 teaspoon chives

1 teaspoon chervil

1 teaspoon parsley

1 teaspoon mint
 

Preparation / Directions:


Add shrimp to a food processor pulse to coarsely chop add butter, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and tarragon add additional herbs as desired process until smooth pack into 1 cup crocks cover with plastic wrap and chill for up to 2 weeks serve slightly chilled or at room temperature
