Ingredients:

1/2 Cup butter
1/4 Cup water
2 Tablespoons parsley flakes
2 Cloves garlic -- minced
1 1/2 Tablespoons lemon juice
2 Stalks celery -- sliced diagonally
1/2 Medium Onion, Quartered -- And Separated
6 Medium mushrooms -- thickly sliced
1 Pound medium size shrimp -- shelled and deveined
 

Preparation / Directions:

Place butter in a 2 quart casserole. Microwave at high (100%) until melte= d, 1 minute. Stir in water, parsley, garlic and lemon juice. Add celery and onion. Cover. Microwave at high (100%) until tender crisp, 2=BD to 3 minu= tes. Add mushrooms and shrimp. Cover. Microwave at high (100%) until shrimp ar= e pink, 4 to 5 minutes, stirring twice. Serve over hot rice. Makes 4 servings.
