Grilled Alaska Crab Legs with Dipping Sauce

4 pounds Alaska crab legs (King, Snow, or Dungeness) thawed
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 bottle Butter Sauce
1 bottle Red Sauce
1 bottle Verde Sauce

Preparation / Directions:

1. Brush both sides of crab legs with olive oil and place on hot grill 5-6 inches from coals. Heat 4-5 minutes, turning once. (Alaska crab is fully cooked, but should be heated-through before serving.) 2. Remove crab to serving plated and serve with your choice of Butter Sauce, Red Sauce, or Verde Sauce.
