Ingredients:

Preparation / Directions:Wash artichokes and cut off tips.
Boil until tender. Drain. Sauté celery, bell pepper and onions in butter.
Remove from heat. Add crabmeat and grated cheeses. Add bread crumbs and eggs. Mix well.
Clean out heart of artichokes and stuff with crab mixture. Stuff each leaf.
Wrap in foil and bake at 375F for 35 minutes
