Preparation / Directions:In a mixing bowl, combine pasta, shrimp or tuna, bell pepper, carrots and zucchini.
Add Worcestershire, mayonnaise, salt and pepper and toss lightly to combine.
Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.
