Ingredients:


1 pound crabmeat

3 tablespoons chopped onion

1 teaspoon salt and pepper

4 ounces olive oil

4 ounces vinegar

4 ounces ice water
 

Preparation / Directions:


Put onions in bowl, add meat, salt, and pepper. Then oil, vinegar, and ice water in that order, let set at least 1 hour before serving.
