Preparation / Directions:*Clams in Cream Cheese Sauce.
SAUCE: Combine sauce ingredients in a blender. Reduce in a saucepan until slightly thickened.
CLAMS: Melt butter in a large sauté pan or skillet.
Add onion and sauté lightly. Add clams and sauté until shells open fully. Add sauce to pan, heat through, and serve.
