20 sheets won-ton wrappers
4 tablespoons butter -- melted
1 Cup parmesan cheese -- grated
8 ounces cream cheese
2 tablespoons milk
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
6 ounces crab meat
1 tablespoon chopped parsley -- or green onions
1 bottle sweet and sour sauce -- optional

Preparation / Directions:

Preheat oven to 375F Lightly brush a cookie sheet with melted butter. Cut won ton squares in half (to make rectangles). Arrange rectangles in prepared pan. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake 5 to 7 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on paper towels. Repeat with remaining won ton rectangles. Place cream cheese in glass bowl and soften in microwave oven on high power 1 to 2 minutes. Stir in milk and garlic powder. When well blended, stir in crabmeat and parsley. Heat 1 to 3 minutes longer until thoroughly heated. Spread mixture in shallow serving dish. Top mixture with the sweet and sour sauce, if desired. Serve heated spread with won ton crackers.
