Preparation / Directions:Wash the tomatoes and dry. Cut in half lengthwise, and scoop out seeds and pulps. Mix all remaining ingredients and fill the tomato halves. Arrange on a platter, on a bed of lettuce leaves, and decorate with mint leaves.
