Summertime Salad

Ingredients:


1 medium lettuce of choice

1 pint sliced fresh mushrooms

1 medium sliced small carrots

1 medium diced green onions

1 medium sliced radishes

1 medium diced bell pepper

1 medium fresh avocado

1 jar marinated artichoke hearts

1 jar marinated artichoke crowns

1 pint marinated mushrooms

1 pint marinated Brussels sprouts

1 bunch marinated asparagus

1 pint bean sprouts

1 pint alfalfa sprouts

1 package bacon bits

1 package croutons

1 medium sliced cucumber

1 medium sliced zucchini

1 Cup grated cheddar cheese

1 Cup grated parmesan cheese

1 Cup grated Monterey Jack cheese

1 can fresh or canned shrimp

1 medium fresh or canned crab

1 bottle dressings of choice
 

Preparation / Directions:


Over the years I have gotten to where I will put just about anything in a tossed summer salad. To add some variety to your summertime salads try any or all of these ingredients. Try leaving out the lettuce sometime, it makes for an interesting salad.
