Spicy Gingered Abalone

Ingredients:


2 tablespoons clarified butter

1/2 teaspoon tabasco sauce

1/2 teaspoon garlic

1 teaspoon ginger

1 cup red bell pepper

1 cup green bell pepper

1/4 cup dry white wine

1/3 cup fish stock

1/2 pound abalone steak

2 tablespoons cilantro
 

Preparation / Directions:


Melt butter in a large skillet, over a medium flame add tabasco sauce, garlic, ginger, and bell peppers heat and stir for 3-4 minutes add abalone, heat and stir until abalone is just tender remove from heat garnish with cilantro serve hot
