Snapper With Ginger Butter

Ingredients:


1 fillets Baby Snapper per person

1 Tablespoon minced fresh ginger

1 Tablespoon rum

1/2 Tablespoon fresh lime juice

1 Tablespoon freshly chopped chive Instructions

1 teaspoon Season fish with lime -- salt, black pepper,

1 teaspoon freshly chopped chive, celery,

1 teaspoon garlic and thyme and set aside.

2 ounces Melt 2 Ounces of butter in a saucepan and

1 Tablespoon minced fresh ginger

1 Tablespoon rum

1/2 Tablespoon fresh lime juice

1 Tablespoon freshly chopped chive
 

Preparation / Directions:


Roast fish on a grill until thoroughly cooked. Pour the butter sauce over the fish and serve right away.
