1 packages bamboo skewers 8 inch
12 jumbo shrimp -- peeled and deveined
8 large sea scallops -- rinsed and drained
8 pieces swordfish or tuna steak -- (1 inch)
24 pieces bell pepper -- (1 inch) some red, some green -- some yellow
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon hot sesame oil
3 tablespoons lime juice
1 clove garlic minced

Preparation / Directions:

After preparing the ingredients as described, place them on the bamboo skewers in the following pattern: Shrimp, pepper square, scallop, pepper square, swordfish, pepper square, shrimp, pepper square, swordfish, pepper square, scallop, pepper square, shrimp. Mix the basting sauce ingredients (soy sauce, hot sesame oil, lime juice, and garlic), and set in a small rectangular dish. Place the kebabs in the dish and marinate for at least an hour, turning the kebabs frequently, so the marinade touches all side.
