Royal Thai Crab Imperial

Ingredients:


1 cup unseasoned dry bread crumbs

1 whole egg -- beaten

1/2 cup clam juice

3 tablespoons garlic chili pepper sauce

1 pound crab meat -- flaked

1/2 cup parmesan cheese -- grated

2 tablespoons butter
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Preheat oven to 350ΓΈ. 2. Mix together crumbs, egg, clam juice, garlic chili pepper sauce, crabmeat and 1/4 cup of the parmesan cheese. 3. Divide the mixture into six ovenproof dishes. 4. Sprinkle with remaining parmesan cheese. 5. Dot with butter. 6. Bake for 25 minutes or until brown. 7. Serve hot.
