Potato-Crab Balls

Ingredients:


2 cups mashed potato

1 cup onion

1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce

1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

1/8 teaspoon white pepper

1/2 pound crabmeat

1 large egg

1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs

3 Cup peanut oil
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine potatoes, onions, worcestershire, garlic powder, white pepper, and crab-mix well shape into 1-inch diameter balls dip into beaten egg roll in breadcrumbs to coat well place onto a sheet of waxed paper chill for 1-48 hours heat oil to 375 degrees fry balls, in small batches, just until golden drain well on a cooling rack and blot with paper towels serve hot
